NextGen Volunteer Training

August 24 from 6:30-8:30PM
If you serve in any of our NextGen ministries—from Birth through 12th Grade—on Sunday mornings or Wednesday nights, this training is for you! Join us on Monday, August 24, at 6:30pm as we come together to celebrate what God is doing, review important policies and procedures, and gain practical tools to help you confidently serve the next generation. We look forward to growing together as we invest in the lives of kids and students at River of Life! Childcare will ONLY be available for children whose parents both serve in NextGen ministries.

Care Groups

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. DivorceCare and GriefShare are Christ-centered support groups that offer encouragement, practical guidance, and compassionate community for those navigating divorce, separation, or the loss of a loved one. Join others on a journey toward healing, hope, and renewed strength through faith. Beginning on September 10, these groups meet every Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm with a soup dinner at 6:00pm for 13 weeks.

Annual Fall Kickoff

Join us for River of Life's Annual Fall Kickoff on Sunday, September 13 from 12:00-2:00pm! Bring the whole family for an afternoon of free food, live music, amazing community, bounce houses for the kids, and more! Whether you've been attending River of Life for years or you're looking for a church home, this is the perfect opportunity to get connected and celebrate all that God has in store this fall. Bring your lawn chairs and invite your neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family! We can't wait to see you there!

NextGen Programming Kickoff

Our NextGen ministries are kicking off for the fall, and we can't wait to welcome families back for another exciting year! From our 4 year olds to high school students, every age group will experience engaging Bible teaching, meaningful relationships, and a safe, encouraging environment where they can grow closer to Jesus. Our kids programming (4yrs-5th grade) runs from 6:30-8:00pm every Wednesday night and YTH (6th-12th grade) runs from 6:15-8:15pm every Wednesday. Whether you've been coming for years or this will be your first time, please register below!

Rejuvenate: Women's Retreat

September 18-20
If you're an adult woman looking to get away to spend some time with the Lord and other like-minded women, Rejuvenate Women's Retreat is perfect for you! We would love for you to join us at Camp Shamineau from September 18-20 for a weekend of making new friends, connecting with old ones, experiencing powerful chapel sessions, eating some great food, participating in different workshops and activities, and so much more. Total cost is $170. Register by September 4!

Have you received Jesus as your personal Savior and want to take the next step in your walk with Him? Baptism is an act of obedience to Jesus and a public declaration of your faith in God. Ment for More Conference

MEN! Join us on Saturday, September 26 from 8:00am-1:00pm for Ment for More: Out of the Rubble. This powerful half-day Men's Conference is designed to challenge, equip, and empower you to stand strong in every area of life. Through engaging teaching, practical exercises, and straight-talk conversations, you'll gain the strategy and confidence needed to effectively protect your home, excel in your marketplace, and live out your true purpose as a leader, father, brother, and follower of Jesus.

We will wrap up our morning together with the Annual John Barth Memorial Fish Fry—an incredible time for great food, real fellowship, and building lasting connections with other men across our community. Come ready to be sharpened, stretched, and sent out stronger. This conference is for ages 13 and up. The suggested cost is $20. Make sure to register by September 23!

Grace Marriage: Marriage Enhancer

Take the next step in strengthening your marriage by signing up for Grace Marriage! This year's brand new content is all about Marriage Enhancement. Through practical teaching, meaningful conversations, and biblical encouragement, you'll build on the foundation you've already established and deepen your connection with your spouse. Sessions will take place on Oct 25, Jan 17, April 25, and Aug 22 from 2:30-7:00pm. Cost is $189/couple or $150 for the first ten NEW couples to register!
